Cancellation & Refund Policy

Since our services involve reservations, boat scheduling, and operational planning, our cancellation and refund terms are as follows:
Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed once:
Payment (full or partial) is received, and
You receive a confirmation message via email or WhatsApp.
Customer Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation by Customer
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled trip may be eligible for rescheduling or partial refund (subject to administrative charges).
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the trip are generally non-refundable.
No-shows on the day of the trip are non-refundable.
Rescheduling may be allowed depending on availability.
Weather & Safety Cancellations
Your safety is our priority.
If a trip is canceled due to:
Bad weather
Unsafe sea conditions
Government restrictions
Operational safety reasons
You will be offered:
A full rescheduling option, or
A refund (if rescheduling is not possible)
Late Arrival Policy
Customers are required to arrive at the agreed meeting point on time.
Late arrival may result in:
Reduced trip duration without refund, or
Trip cancellation without refund (depending on delay)
Refund Process
If a refund is approved:
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method (for online payments).
Processing time may take several business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
We will notify you once the refund has been initiated.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
No-show on the trip date
Cancellation within restricted time window
Violation of safety rules resulting in trip termination
Personal reasons after trip commencement
Liability Disclaimer
Big Brain Concept is not responsible for:
Personal belongings lost or damaged during the trip
Personal injury unless caused by proven gross negligence
Delays due to weather, coast guard regulations, or force majeure events
Participation in sea and island trips is at your own risk.
